Literacy Lessons/Activities using Mini Mash
Pupils play with/have access to different types of technology in the classroom, the children
explore using Mini Mash/Purple Mash in different ways.
Objectives
Early Learning Goal Children read and understand simple sentences. They use phonic knowledge to decode regular words and read them aloud accurately. They also read some common irregular words. They demonstrate understanding when talking with
others about what they have read.
Many of these activities are aimed at low reading ability and in some cases preverbal pupils.
